Andy Kulhavy

Media Server Technician

Andy brings ten years of professional experience in theatrical and event production to the SenovvA team. After graduating from Salem State University with a BFA in Technical Theater, Andy worked as a Theatrical Audio Engineer, which encompassed three years as Sound Supervisor at North Shore Music Theatre.

Since joining SenovvA, Andy continues to work for a diverse list of clients. Some of his projects have included building media servers for Sideshow on Broadway, supervising an LED installation at Broadway Bares, and managed communication systems for Samsung at CES.

Andy’s wide variety of skill sets include media server programming, audio production, LED, drafting/3D modeling, and networking, all of which allow him to adapt to an ever-changing project requirements. When he’s not too busy, Andy likes to experiment with electronic design and embedded programming.

Andy believes in always being prepared and never leaves home without a flashlight

 

Sean Tarantino


Sean Tarantino

Project Manager | 3D & Motion Graphics

Equally creative and tech savvy, Sean has a refined background on both sides of the aisle: in fine art just as in software and technology. His experience leads to an ability to bring a client’s vision to life through a balanced understanding of business and art.

Sean comes to SenovvA with close to 10 years of experience in venue management, audio, video, lighting and projection within the luxury hospitality and production industry. He is focused on pre-event visualization, content creation, nonlinear editing, media server programming/engineering and marketing support.

In addition, Sean has managed corporate projects in high end, fast-paced luxury hospitality locations for companies such as Sofitel Hotels, Bank of America, Macquarie Capital Advisors, The Scripps Networks (Food Network, Travel Channel), L’Oreal, The International Emmy’s and HBO.

A mentor once told Sean that at the end of the day, if he could put his signature on an event or piece of content that he had created with unflinching pride-then the job was done right. Sean is bound for a proud future based on a list of jobs done right.

 

Victoria Montalvo


Victoria Montalvo

Office Manager

Victoria brings over 11 years of executive and management experience to SenovvA having worked with high volume, multi-million dollar companies managing daily office needs. Her skills have allowed her to manage a staff of 120+, while handling HR, accounting, and client support.

As office manager, she’ll be handling day to day operations from planning company events to providing professional and personal executive assistance, and everything in between. Ms. Montalvo’s roll is as an intricate part of SenovvA’s success using her organization skills to assist in keeping everyone on task.

 

Gina Farina


Gina Farina

Facilities Manager

Gina knows that “the play is the thing” from 25 years in legit theatre. She started as an usher at The Music Center of Los Angeles County and went on to Stage Manage musicals on the road and on Broadway. As a touring Stage Manager in the US and Canada, she has lived and breathed the varied disciplines and challenges of live entertainment production in more than 100 North American theaters.

Tours include Peter Pan with Cathy Rigby (Tony Nominated), including the A&E Video Production (Emmy Award), Fiddler on the Roof with Theodore Bikel, Jesus Christ Superstar with Carl Anderson, Camelot with Michael York and Happy Days the Musical.

Production supervision, general management and technical direction are all disciplines that come natural to Gina. She comes from a long line of formidable tradespeople, and she is as comfortable in a fabrication shop or taking in the performing arts or fine arts from A to Zed. As an artisan and fabricator her projects range from delicate vintage hand props to heavy duty touring infrastructure and architectural installs.  Her work also included a production crew position for The Closing Ceremonies of the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Games.

The Disneyland Resort has also served as a professional home where she worked as General Foreman of Entertainment Art; providing coordination and administration of scenery, props and set dressing for events at the Anaheim resort, studio and Disney’s Aulani Resort in Ko Olina, Hawaii.

A member of The Enlightenment and a devotee of science and art, Gina is most thrilled to support the storytelling tradition of our culture to enhance the human experience.

 

Juan Alba


Juan Alba

Operations Manager

Juan spent a decade at Audio/Visual Headquarters in Dispatch Operations, was Video Department Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor, giving him extensive hands-on experience with the latest and greatest in theatrical hardware. It was here he learned packing, storage, repair, and maintenance of a wide variety of gear.

Now, Juan brings his many years of logistic experience to SenovvA.
