Arianna Knapp, along with the entire SenovvA team, collaborated with the creators of the new Green Day musical to provide all video, projection and media server components.
The American Idiot creative team knew that they wanted a major video technology presence as part of the show. Projection designer Darrel Maloney and set designer Christine Jones began visualizing a wall populated by television screens. SenovvA came on board, bringing Hippotizer technology for media server duties, and programmer Jeffrey Cady to bring Darrel’s imagery to the stage.
After eight sold-out weeks at Berkeley Repertory Theater in the fall of 2009, SenovvA was part of the team that took this show to Broadway in 2010.
